Evapco, Inc. is seeking a People Operations Manager to lead its HR function at our Greenup, IL manufacturing site. This role will partner with the Leadership Team to implement HR strategies that support business goals while sustaining the employee ownership culture.
You will coach all levels of staff and drive programs in organizational effectiveness, leadership development, recruitment, compensation and employee relations. Travel to other Evapco facilities may be required.
