Role

Title:

Data Architect

Location – Remote – Springfield, IL

Job Description:

• Determine where the data resides.
• Create an architectural design for migration.
• Plan the migration path from start to finish.
• Collaborate with the IEPA during system design.
• Confirm data security and integrity during migration.
• Design and integrate the business and technical components of the EIMS, including future enhancements.
• Confirm the solution meets all IEPA requirements and integrates seamlessly with other environmental information systems.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.
• Confirm system compliance with relevant regulations
• Minimum seven (7) years of experience in solution architecture and system integration.
• Knowledge of environmental information or permitting systems and interoperability.
• Experience with technical leadership and project management.
• Knowledge of CROMERR and FedRAMP solution design.
• Experience serving as Offeror’s business architect (or similar role) for at least two (2) full life cycle implementations of the offered solution end-to-end.
