Since 1946, Capitol Group has been a leading distributor of plumbing, HVAC, industrial/mechanical, and kitchen and bath products in Illinois and Missouri.

We are seeking a strategic and innovative Information Technology Director to help lead our organization’s information technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will drive technological advancements, ensure the security and integrity of our systems, and align IT strategies with our overall business goals. This is a key role that offers the opportunity to shape the future of our technology landscape and support our growth.

• Collaborate with executive leadership to identify technology needs and opportunities
• Evaluate and recommend new technology solutions to improve efficiency and competitiveness
• Lead disaster recovery and business continuity planning for IT systems

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field;
  Master’s degree preferred
• Proven experience in IT leadership roles, with a track record of strategic planning and execution
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud computing, and enterprise systems

This position is not remote and will be located in Springfield, IL or Litchfield, IL.
