Preferred Experience

Experience in the IT industry, government or municipal work, working in Human Services, Child Protective Services, Child Welfare, etc. and some familiarity with Pennsylvania CPS and GPS law as outlined in Chapter 3490 Protective Services.

Project Managers: with extensive knowledge of cross-functional project management methodologies and tools, information technology applications, processes, software and equipment, along with ability to synthesize project information and establish the appropriate scope of a project and be able to communicate effectively with senior management.
