Systems Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Systems Engineer with expertise in Adobe Experience Cloud technologies and Professional Services delivery to support the installation, configuration, integration, and maintenance of Adobe-based solutions for enterprise clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring Adobe platforms and supporting infrastructure are deployed, optimized, secure, and aligned with client business and technical requirements.

This role requires a strong blend of infrastructure, cloud, application support, and client-facing consulting skills to successfully deliver and maintain Adobe ecosystem implementations.

• Install, configure, and support Adobe Experience Cloud environments across development, staging, and production environments.
• Manage infrastructure and platform readiness for Adobe solution deployments.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects, Implementation Specialists, and client teams to ensure successful implementation of Adobe products.
• Configure system integrations between Adobe platforms and enterprise applications such as CRM, ERP, DAM, and customer data systems.
• Monitor system health, performance, and availability, ensuring compliance with service-level agreements (SLAs).
• Perform system upgrades, patching, deployment support, and environment maintenance activities.
• Troubleshoot application, infrastructure, integration, and performance-related issues.
• Support release management and CI/CD deployment processes.
• Implement security controls, user provisioning, access management, and governance policies.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and system architecture diagrams.
• Participate in client workshops, technical discussions, and post-deployment support activities.
• Provide recommendations for infrastructure optimization, scalability, and operational excellence.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in Systems Engineering, Infrastructure Support, or Platform Administration.
• 3+ years of experience supporting Adobe Experience Cloud products.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms and enterprise infrastructure technologies.
• Strong understanding of networking, security, system monitoring, and troubleshooting concepts.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
