Lead Salesforce CRM production support operations by coordinating Agile/Scrum teams, managing incidents and problems, and ensuring effective service delivery.
Drive major incident management, operational reporting, monitoring, escalations, and stakeholder communication across Salesforce production and non-production environments.
- Lead Salesforce production support teams, coordinate incident/problem management, and ensure adherence to ITIL and service management processes.
- Monitor and analyze incidents, alerts, ticket trends, and system health using Splunk, Dynatrace, Azure Monitor, Site Scope, and related tools.
- Coordinate major incidents and escalations, provide executive status reporting, and collaborate with stakeholders and shared service teams for timely resolution.
