Job Responsibilities
Support execution of category strategies for semiconductor and electro-mechanical components
Collect, organize, and analyze pricing, supplier, and part attribute data Conduct competitive pricing analysis to support sourcing decisions
Assist with supplier selection, onboarding, and ongoing communications
Maintain accurate vendor master data and system records
Upload and extract procurement data from ERP and internal systems
Monitor supplier performance, lead times, and quality issues
Partner with engineering, operations, and quality teams to align sourcing needs
Track and report key procurement metrics related to cost, delivery, and performance
Proficiency with Google Suite (Gmail, Sheets, Docs, Slides)
Experience navigating ERP systems and performing data uploads/extracts
Comfort working with large datasets and spreadsheets
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) experience in procurement, sourcing, supply chain, or purchasing
General understanding of purchasing processes and supply-base management
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Basic data analysis and reporting capability
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
