Procurement Specialist role focused on ensuring production aligns with customer needs through material planning, resource coordination, and performance monitoring. Position involves managing ERP systems, coordinating with internal teams and contract manufacturers, and maintaining supply chain efficiency across short and long-term horizons.
Responsibilities- Manage ERP master data and coordinate material planning with purchasing department
- Generate weekly production and RMA plans for internal operations and contract manufacturers
- Verify material availability and measure production performance metrics
- Oversee contract manufacturer production activities and supply chain compliance
- Communicate order confirmations and delivery status updates to customers and global supply chain teams
- Bachelor's degree or practical engineering diploma
- 2+ years planning or logistics experience with ERP systems preferred
- Proficiency in English (speaking, reading, writing)
- SAP or other ERP system experience
- Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
