About the RolePractical professional with a comprehensive understanding of automotive dealership operations, able to travel as needed.
Responsibilities- Possess an in-depth understanding of our software platform functionality, related services and an overview of the technical functionality.
- Strategically implement processes with executive management, floor management, and other departments within the dealership.
- Responsible for day‑to‑day dealer relationship management and champion adoption and ongoing use of the company product.
- Execute launch planning, manage product implementation and deliver initial and ongoing training to dealers through regular monthly performance visits.
- Serve as first point of contact for dealership issues and follow up on escalated matters.
- Bring best practice knowledge of the product to support the company’s value proposition to its dealerships and teammates on the regional team.
- Ensure product changes, new features and releases are communicated and implemented in a timely manner.
- Cover a geographical area and work as part of a larger team reporting to a Director of Dealer Relations.
- Responsible for the retention of 20+ accounts.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing or related field.
- 3–5 years professional experience in sales, marketing or customer service in a luxury automotive retail environment.
- Significant experience with CRM tools and comfortable with technology.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to handle ambiguity.
- Strong oral and written communication, demonstrating business and financial acumen.
- Ability to establish rapport, develop meaningful relationships, and negotiate effectively.
- Proactively solicit feedback, ask clarifying questions and resolve issues non‑confrontationally.
- Ability to work as part of a large team and independently schedule and prioritize work.
- Regularly assess own performance and adapt work to achieve better results.
- Strong commitment to the company’s success.
- 80–100% travel within region and nationally as needed; valid driver’s license with no restrictions.
