• Respond to special work orders and assign team members accordingly.
• Take inventory of janitorial supplies weekly.
• Place requisitions for any required supplies.
• Assign work for special/planned projects.
• Perform daily audits of staff performance and the cleanliness of the plant as a whole.
• Have a proficient understanding of cleaning equipment and practices to maintain a presentable facility.
• Manage and train janitorial staff in an efficient and effective manner.

• 2+ years of supervisor/team lead experience.
• Basic computer skills.
• Expert knowledge of cleaning equipment and machines, and the ability to train other team members on the use of cleaning equipment.
• Ability to manage a diverse team.
• Ability to pivot and redirect the team as needs arise.

$24+ hourly DOE
