• Own multi‑channel retention marketing programs across email, SMS, and other platforms to enhance customer engagement
• Manage campaigns from ideation to launch, including planning, audience segmentation, and performance measurement
• Collaborate with Ecommerce, Creative, Analytics, Product, and Brand Marketing teams for cohesive campaign execution
• Analyze performance data to uncover insights and continuously refine marketing strategies
• Adapt to evolving responsibilities and explore new initiatives to drive customer loyalty

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in retention, lifecycle, or email marketing roles, preferably in an e‑commerce setting
• Proven experience executing email marketing campaigns using Email Service Providers (ESPs)
• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Excellent analytical skills for interpreting data and making data‑driven marketing decisions
• Ability to build positive relationships and communicate effectively across teams

• Familiarity with advanced AI tools and their application in marketing
• Experience in managing complex marketing campaigns in a fast‑paced environment
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments
• Knowledge of current trends in e‑commerce and digital marketing strategies
