• Nursing Shift: 12-hour night shifts (NOC), every other weekend
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $2050 - $2200

• Active Illinois RN license required
• Minimum 1 year of recent ICU nursing experience (Level 1 trauma center experience preferred)
• Certifications:
  
  ACLS, BLS, NIHSS
• Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of Springfield, IL
• Ability to provide requested time off (RTO) at time of application

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients in the Medical Intensive Care Unit
• Monitor, assess, and respond to patient emergencies and implement appropriate interventions
• Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary healthcare teams, and families to coordinate patient care
• Accurately document patient care in the electronic medical record
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and safety standards
