• Location: Springfield, IL 62769 (Illinois healthcare jobs)
• Assignment Type: Travel RN Contract
• Unit: Intermediate Care Unit (Telemetry/IMCU)
• Start Date: January 5, 2026
• End Date: April 5, 2026
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Shift: 12-hour night shifts (every other weekend required)
• Hours per Week: 36
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,950 - $2,090

• Active Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) license (must be in hand at time of application)
• Current ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications
• Minimum 1 year of recent clinical experience in Telemetry or Intermediate Care Unit (IMCU)
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts and every other weekend as required
• All requested time off (RTO) must be submitted with application

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Intermediate Care Unit with a focus on telemetry monitoring
• Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and progress using electronic health records
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Educate patients and families on care plans, cardiac monitoring, and health management
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and clinical standards
