• Unit: Intermediate Care Unit (Telemetry)
• Assignment Type: Travel RN job
• Start Dates: Multiple options available in December and January (assignment must end by 3/14/2026)
• Duration: 10-week travel nursing contract
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $1950 - $2090
• Hours per Week: 36 hours
• Shift: 12-hour day shifts (every other weekend required)

• Active Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) license (must be in hand at time of application)
• Minimum 1 year of recent Telemetry or Intermediate Care nursing experience
• Current ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications
• Ability to work 12-hour day shifts and every other weekend
• All requested time off (RTO) must be provided at time of submission
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills

• Monitor and assess patients in the Intermediate Care Unit, providing expert telemetry nursing care
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes
• Educate patients and families on care plans and health management
• Respond promptly to changes in patient condition and initiate appropriate interventions
