Position Details Modality
- EP Tech (Electrophysiology)
- 13 weeks
- Days: 4×10-hour shifts
- Schedule:
7:30 AM – 6:00 PM , 4 days/week - On-Call Requirements:
- 1 night per week
- 1 weekend every 4th weekend
- Minimum 2 years experience
- EP experience required , including:
- Ablations (mandatory )
- Pacing
- Device procedures
- ARRT or RCIS/RCES
- BLS
- Illinois state license
OR - RCIS/RCES certification
- Applicable Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Radiology
OR - Completion of an accredited radiology technology program
- Special procedures experience
- Perform diagnostic and interventional imaging procedures in a clinical setting
- Operate conventional, fluoroscopic, and radiology equipment
- Obtain images of designated body parts according to physician orders/specifications
- Assist physicians during diagnostic and interventional EP procedures
- Monitor patient response throughout procedures
- Pass instruments and catheters as needed
- Maintain a sterile field
- Interpret and evaluate diagnostic data for physician use
