Nurse Practitioner - Mobile Wound Care at Vetted Solutions
We are seeking a compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our mobile wound care team in southern Illinois.
Responsibilities- Provide on-site assessments, wound treatments, and debridements across various settings.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop and implement care plans.
- Document treatments accurately, monitor patient progress, and adjust plans as needed.
- Educate patients and families on wound care and prevention.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and stay current with wound care advancements.
Illinois NP license, preferably Missouri licensure, certification in Adult-Gerontology, Family, or Acute Care, and reliable transportation.
