The Alden Network is seeking a Nurse to support and assist in providing a holistic, therapeutic, person-centered Memory Care Program on the Memory Care Unit. The Nurse will work to achieve and maintain the highest quality of life for residents diagnosed with dementia while under facility care.
The role requires hands-on collaboration with Memory Care staff, CNAs, and the Memory Care Director to ensure non-pharmacological interventions, individualized care plans, and family involvement in care
