Director of Nursing; DON

• Leading and managing the Nursing Department, ensuring that all nursing practices align with our organization's mission and values

• Collaborating with the Medical Director, Case Managers, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective care plans for our residents

• Overseeing the daily operations of the Nursing Department, including staffing, scheduling, and workflow management

• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and quality metrics

• Developing and implementing policies, procedures, and education programs to promote excellence in nursing practice

• Fostering a positive and supportive work environment that encourages teamwork, communication, and professional growth

• Experience in a senior leadership role or equivalent

• RN License

• Strong leadership and management skills with experience in nursing administration

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities

• Salary is based on experience. Experienced starting salary of $100K.
