Compensation & Benefits
- Pay Range: $37.23 – $57.71/hour
- Additional $4.00 Night Shift Differential

Position Overview
A highly respected healthcare organization in Illinois is seeking an experienced Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse to join its women’s health team. This role is ideal for compassionate nurses who are passionate about maternal and newborn care while delivering exceptional patient-centered nursing services.
The RN will provide clinical leadership, coordinate patient care, and support mothers and newborns throughout labor, delivery, and recovery.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care
- Monitor maternal and fetal conditions during labor and delivery
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
- Provide patient and family education throughout the childbirth process
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records
- Support safety, infection control, and quality care standards
Qualifications
- Active Illinois RN License required
- ADN required (BSN preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of Labor & Delivery experience required
- NRP Certification required within 1 year of hire
- BLS/CPR certification preferred within 90 days of hire
- ACLS certification highly preferred within 90 days of hire
