Our Team Members set the tone for the Taco Bell guest experience. Food Champions are focused on preparing and serving food for our customers, as well as other job duties. It is a position for friendly, helpful individuals who enjoy working in a fast paced environment.
Primary job duties include, but are not limited to:- Greeting guests, managing customer issues, and providing outstanding customer service all the time.
- Always upholding our strict food safety standards.
- Preparing food and drink orders, accurately and quickly.
- Preparing and caring for our fresh ingredients.
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
- Washing dishes, sweeping floors, sanitizing surfaces, etc.
- Using and maintaining various kitchen equipment in a restaurant environment.
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- Accessibility to dependable and reliable transportation.
- Excellent communication skills, management/leadership and organizational skills.
- Physical dexterity required (the ability to move up to 45 lbs. from one area to another).
- Attendance and Punctuality a must.
- Operating a cash register as needed and making change for other cashiers.
- Basic Math skills.
- Complete training certification.
- Enthusiasm and willingness to learn.
- Team player.
- Commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Have a strong work ethic.
