Freddy's Line Crew

A Freddy’s Crew Member plays a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience. This position involves food preparation, taking customer orders, maintaining cleanliness, and working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Grill Operation:
  • Prepare and cook steakburgers, hot dogs, and other menu items according to Freddy’s standards.
  • Monitor grill and fryer temperatures to ensure proper cooking.
• Food Quality & Presentation:
  • Ensure all food is prepared fresh and presented properly.
  • Follow portion control guidelines to reduce waste and maintain consistency.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
• Perform routine cleaning tasks (grill, fryers, surfaces, etc.).
• Team Support:
  • Communicate with team members and help where needed to keep service fast and smooth.
  • Restock ingredients and supplies during and after shifts.
• Speed & Accuracy:
  • Work efficiently during high-volume periods while keeping quality high.
  • Double-check orders for accuracy before they leave the kitchen.

• No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.
• Hourly pay Starting $15.00 / or based on experience
