LOGAN is seeking an Assistant General Manager for a Logan’s Roadhouse in Illinois. You will drive operational excellence, oversee daily sales, lead hiring and training, ensure food quality and guest service, and manage safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance.
You will supervise hourly team members, conduct shift meetings, coach staff, handle customer concerns, monitor cost of sales and labor, maintain facilities, and partner with the General Manager to execute company programs and policies.
