• Our Part-Time Retail Sales Associates (Stylists) create an unforgettable shopping experience that leaves our customers inspired and feeling their best.
• The primary responsibility is to deliver excellent customer service and build wardrobes; sales associates will also participate in visual merchandising and maintaining store presentation, while focusing on the customers’ needs to achieve sales goals.
• Guide the Customer through our award-winning BRAND EXPERIENCE to make authentic connections.
• Cash Wrap/Cashier: use our modern store technology (POS, payment systems, tablets, headsets for communication) to be well-informed on company priorities and promotions in-store and online; deliver a seamless omni-channel shopping experience; promote our loyalty programs and credit services.
• Maintain maurices’ visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on the customer.
• Product Flow/Shipping and Receiving: support the shipment process to gain awareness of product, what’s new and what’s already on the floor; contribute to the completion of omni order fulfilment processes including in-store and curbside pick-up.
