Position Summary:

We are looking for people who take pride in their work to join our team. You help shape our members’ entire shopping experience by giving them a positive first and last impression.

• Ensure members see a well-kept parking lot, help members with their purchases, and maintain carts ready and available.
• Assist members with loading their vehicles and support them to create a great member experience.
• Operate on feet all day, rain or shine, sleet or snow, ensuring members count on you.
• Stay active in fast-paced environments, multitask, and keep member satisfaction as your top priority.
• Stand for long periods of time while assisting members quickly and accurately.
• Problem solve obstacles head‑on to ensure each task is completed with excellence.
• Maintain a positive attitude by smiling, greeting, and thanking members.
• Provide exceptional customer service to members across the club as needed, answering any questions they may have.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and member-ready area.

The hourly wage range is $16.00 to $23.00. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
