Base Salary: $55,000 + Commission + Car Allowance

What You'll Do- Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing deals.
- Grow your territory by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Build relationships through on-site visits, calls, and emails.
- Recommend tailored service solutions that help customers operate efficiently.
- Travel efficiently across your territory (about 30%, limited overnight travel).
- Proven success in sales, ideally in HVAC, food service, or related industries.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated, team-oriented, and results-driven.
- Willingness to travel and maintain a professional presence.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Completion of a satisfactory background check and drug screen required.
- Valid Driver's license and driving record that aligns with our safety standards.
