What You Will Be Doing:

• Achieve sales objectives to grow the business by leading the execution of Direct Store Delivery Excellence (DSDE) best practices.
• Establish store-level growth plans aligned with Zone objectives for revenue, freshness, and realization; build customer relationships; communicate plans and review quarterly.
• Execute growth opportunities to increase market share on strategic brands through DSDE best practices.
• Use sales data tools to make effective decisions and drive brand growth with customers through new space and displays.
• Contribute to a team where you can bring your authentic self to work daily.

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred;
  High School diploma required.
• Relevant experience or training demonstrating competency may substitute formal education.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• 3-5 years of related experience in customer relations or sales.
• At least 6 months experience leading and influencing others; relevant training or experience may substitute.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Ability to acquire and maintain a DOT Medical card.
