Join Trojan Technologies as a Regional Account Manager to help meet and exceed aftermarket parts and service sales targets by crafting long‑term, valuable relationships with our customers in the Great Lakes United States Municipal Territory.
Trojan Technologies, a Veralto company, plays a vital role in making the various stages of the water treatment process more effective and efficient. Our products and services have applications across municipal wastewater, drinking water, environmental contaminant treatment and residential water treatment, alongside ultra‑purification of water used in food and beverage manufacturing, pharmaceutical processing and semiconductor applications.
In this role, you will:- Develop monthly sales territory and account plans and customer engagement to achieve assigned targets.
- Prepare and present a monthly funnel review using Salesforce (SFDC) to demonstrate the quality of the funnel, activity plans, and command of the account base.
- Prepare and present monthly forecasts by accurately handling opportunity dates, dollar value and probabilities in SFDC.
- Collect and report information on all competitive activity, business opportunities, sales trends and results within the assigned market, providing input during monthly business review.
- Participate in sales activities including customer site visits, telephone contacts, trade seminars and shows, customer seminars and channel management.
- Bachelor’s or Technical degree in a science‑related field (e.g., Chemistry, Biology, Environmental Science, Engineering) or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment and after‑market.
- Proven ability to sell complex products and solutions to professional customers.
- Experience using CRM tools ( or similar) to manage pipeline and customer relationships.
- Ability to travel up to 50% within the assigned territory (MI, Northern IL, WI, Northern OH).
US ONLY:
The compensation range for this role is $90,000 – $110,000 USD per year. This job is also eligible for commission pay. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
