Producer / Sales Executive – Employee Benefits

We are seeking a driven Producer/Sales Executive to grow new business and manage client relationships in the employee benefits space.

• Identify and qualify leads; achieve annual new business goals.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Provide consultative advice on benefits design and customization.
• Facilitate open enrollment and employee education.
• Collaborate with internal teams for accurate policy administration.

• 3–5 years in insurance brokerage or related B2B sales with proven success.
• Life & Health Insurance License required; college degree preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to cold call, network, and work independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
