As a New Business Advisor, you’ll turn opportunities into long-term client relationships by understanding customer needs, presenting smart insurance solutions, and delivering exceptional service. - Build strong, lasting relationships with customers and follow up regularly.
- Conduct personalized, needs-based insurance reviews to educate clients on coverage options.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify client goals, and recommend the right products.
- Collaborate closely with your team to deliver an outstanding customer experience and agency growth.
- Base salary + commission/bonus
