• Provide extraordinary customer service by being compassionate toward and understanding customers’ needs.

• Assist leadership with store operations and duties.

• Fluent in at least two languages; this position requires English and Spanish.
• Strong communication skills, positive attitude, and technical aptitude.
• Commitment to exemplary customer service, honesty, and integrity.
• Retail sales experience is helpful but not required.
• At least 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States without restrictions.
• Availability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong social media presence preferred.
• Reliable transportation and residence within 30 minutes of the home store location, with flexibility to work at multiple district locations as needed.
• Ability to operate a personal computer.
• Adherence to the Team Color policy while maintaining a neat and professional appearance.

• Ability to bend, squat, and stretch for inventory and stocking.
• Ability to stand for long periods in order to provide the best customer service.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
