Sales Representative

Base pay range

$30.00/hr - $35.00/hr

Payrate: $30.00 - $35.00/hr.

Summary: The main function of a sales associate is to sell goods for wholesalers or manufacturers to businesses or groups of individuals. A typical sales associate is responsible for making buyers and purchasing agents interested in their merchandise, demonstrating their products and explaining how those products could benefit the customer, by reducing costs and/or increasing sales. The main function of a sales manager directs the actual distribution or movement of a product or service to the customer.

A typical sales manager coordinates sales distribution and analyzes sales statistics to determine sales potential and inventory requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Provide internal, cross-functional administrative support for the sales team
• Conduct daily administration, pricing, condition, PUMI submission
• Assist with NERP reporting
• Generate, prepare, manipulate and analyze standard and custom reports
• Contribute to research projects using various other data
• Assist in meeting group deadlines by facilitating processes, situations, and taking corrective action on issues
• Help with sales tool support
• Maintain and audit account assignments and territory accuracy
• Provide backup support to team members as needed
• Assist with event coordination (i.e. BG, NECO, NATM)
• Dacor Sales Ops
• Training sales teams
• New account setup support
• National account operations; claims, sales analysis
• Budget coordination/tracking for Dacor/Regional teams
• Ad Hoc projects as needed

Skills:

• Tech savvy, highly collaborative, motivated, and focused on the needs of others
• Excellent skills and knowledge of creating reports
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills with ability to develop internal professional relationships
• Intermediate knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on Excel and Power Point
• Able to work with cross-functional teams within the organization
• Strong problem-solving, planning, detail-orientated, and highly-organized
• Grace under pressure, ability to react quickly to changing priorities

Education/

Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent training required.
• 5-7 years required.

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $30.00 - $35.00/hr final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience and the benefits package you select. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
