Cycle Sales Representative

Ryan Kelly Agency is looking for a motivated and personable Full Cycle Sales Representative to join our retail team. In this role, you'll work directly with customers, learn about their needs, explain available financial solutions, and guide them through the sales process from the first conversation through the final decision. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, building relationships, and taking ownership of their results in a professional retail environment.

• Welcome and assist customers as they visit the retail location
• Start conversations and build positive relationships with customers
• Ask questions and listen carefully to understand customer needs and goals
• Learn about the agency's products and services and explain them clearly
• Recommend solutions based on each customer's individual needs
• Answer questions and address customer concerns professionally
• Guide customers through the sales process from initial conversation to close
• Follow up with customers when appropriate
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records
• Work with teammates to support overall store and sales goals
• Help maintain a professional, welcoming, and organized retail environment

Base Salary: $60,000-$120,000 per year + Commission

Compensation is based on experience, role performance, and sales results. Actual earnings may vary.

This is an onsite retail position. You will work directly with customers at our retail location and collaborate with the team to provide a positive customer experience.
