Sales Director

We are seeking a results-driven Regional Sales Director to lead business development efforts and drive revenue growth across a defined territory. This role is responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities while also managing and growing existing customer relationships. The ideal candidate is a consultative sales professional with a strong hunting mentality, proven success exceeding quotas, and experience selling technology-based solutions in transportation, logistics, fleet, supply chain, IoT, SaaS, or related industries.

Reporting directly to senior sales leadership, this individual will develop strategic relationships with customers, present value-based solutions, and serve as a trusted advisor throughout the sales process. This position offers the opportunity to work with innovative technology solutions that help customers improve visibility, efficiency, utilization, compliance, and operational performance.

• Drive new business development and consistently exceed revenue and sales targets.
• Prospect, qualify, and close new customer opportunities within an assigned territory.
• Develop and maintain executive-level relationships with prospective and existing customers.
• Conduct virtual and in-person meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations.
• Manage a sales pipeline and maintain accurate forecasting activities.
• Partner with internal teams including customer success, product management, marketing, and operations to support customer objectives.
• Identify customer business challenges and recommend tailored technology solutions.
• Negotiate commercial agreements and contracts.
• Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends, market conditions, and competitive activity.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and supporting sales documentation.
• Support account growth and customer retention initiatives.
• Provide feedback from customers to internal stakeholders to influence future products and services.
• Travel as needed throughout the assigned region.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of consultative B2B sales experience.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and generating new business.
• Experience selling SaaS, technology, software, IoT, telematics, fleet management, transportation technology, logistics solutions, or related offerings.
• Strong solution-selling and value-based sales skills.
• Experience selling into small, mid-market, and enterprise-level organizations.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to articulate complex technical solutions to business stakeholders.
• Experience utilizing CRM and sales engagement platforms.
• Highly organized with strong time management and territory management skills.
• Self-motivated, competitive, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed.

• Experience selling into transportation, logistics, fleet, construction, utility, distribution, or industrial markets.
• Familiarity with telematics, asset tracking, fleet management, connected vehicle, or IoT technologies.
• Demonstrated success acquiring new customers while growing existing accounts.
