Residential Security Officer – Part Time – Springfield, IL

Wage: $22.00/HR
Overnight shifts available.

• Conflict resolution and de‑escalation.

• Conduct patrols inside and outside the client’s premises in various weather conditions.

• Protect evidence or scene of incident during emergencies or investigations.
• Set up barriers/signage and provide direction or information to others.
• Carry out specific tasks and duties as required for assigned site.

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma, GED, or ability to complete GED within 6 months.
• Standard computer/technology skills.
• Conflict resolution and de‑escalation skills a plus.
• Professional interaction with a wide range of individuals.
• Great attention to detail and vigilance throughout shift.
• Ability to respond to emergencies with quick judgment and appropriate escalation.
• Willingness to undergo pre‑employment screening, including drug screen and background check.
• Previous military experience or 2 years of security experience with complex responsibilities.
• Advanced problem‑solving skills.
