We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician (Millwright) to join our team in Springfield, IL. • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.
• Install, align, and dismantle machinery as needed, following safety protocols.
• Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
• Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and enhance equipment reliability.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies while performing tasks.

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in a related field preferred.
• Proven experience as a maintenance technician or millwright, preferably in an industrial setting.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to read blueprints and schematics.
• Familiarity with various tools and equipment used in maintenance and repair tasks.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to safety.
