Facilities Maintenance Tech

Located in Springfield, IL, 62703, we are looking for a talented and committed Facilities Maintenance Technician to support our operations. • Execute regular checks and upkeep on all site machinery and infrastructure.
• Address service tickets quickly to help minimize downtime and maintain operational flow.
• Fix plumbing, electrical, and HVAC components to ensure reliable building performance.
• Log all maintenance tasks and repair history in our tracking system.
• Help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team by adhering to all safety protocols.
• Work alongside colleagues to identify ways to enhance overall facility functionality.

• Completion of high school or GED; a technical trade certification is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated history of working in a facilities maintenance or comparable position.
• Deep understanding of building infrastructure, specifically HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Demonstrate the ability to diagnose and fix maintenance problems to ensure long-term equipment reliability.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Meticulous focus on quality and a forward-thinking mindset regarding maintenance needs.
• Capable of performing duties solo or contributing to group projects.
• Must possess a current driver's license and dependable personal transport.
