Our expanding manufacturing company is seeking an Accounting Manager to lead our accounting operations and support our continued growth. • Lead the accounting team and oversee daily accounting operations
• Manage month‑end and year‑end close, financial statements, and reconciliations
• Oversee cost accounting, inventory accounting, and production‑related financial activities
• Maintain and improve internal controls, policies, and accounting procedures
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Partner with operational leaders to provide insights that drive efficiency and performance

• 6–10+ years of accounting experience, including leadership or supervisory experience
• Manufacturing industry experience strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
• Experience with cost accounting or inventory management is a plus
• A proactive leader with excellent communication and problem‑solving skills
