My team is partnering with a growing Professional Services company in the Springfield area to find a Controller to join its team and help strengthen a growing, high‑performing accounting function. • Managing GL review and monthly reconciliations
• Leading month‑end and year‑end close processes
• Preparing journal entries, financial statements, and supporting documentation
• Overseeing day‑to‑day accounting operations and internal controls
• Supporting audits, tax filings, fixed assets, and compliance requirements
• Collaborating closely with senior leadership, including weekly financial reviews
• Training and developing accounting team members

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting (or related field)
• 4+ years of relevant experience
• Experience and ERP system
