A growing, family-owned manufacturing company is seeking a hands-on Staff Accountant to support daily accounting operations and month-end close. This is a great role for someone who wants mentorship, stability, and long-term growth.

What You'll Do:

- Journal entries, bank/GL reconciliations, month-end support

- AR/collections, customer statements, ACH processing

- Assist Controller with daily transactional work

- Backup payroll processing (~50 employees)

- Work with external CPA firm as needed

- Pitch in across the team-collaborative environment

What We're Looking For:

- 2-5 years of accounting experience

- Strong accounting fundamentals (degree preferred)

- AR/collections experience

- Payroll exposure a plus

- ERP experience
