We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Associate to join a growing accounting team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment while taking ownership of key accounts payable functions that directly support the organization’s continued growth.

Key Responsibilities- Process high-volume vendor invoices accurately and efficiently
- Review invoices for proper coding, approvals, and supporting documentation
- Prepare and execute weekly payment runs
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain accurate vendor records and documentation
- Respond to vendor inquiries and build positive relationships
- Assist with month-end close activities related to accounts payable
- Support the accounting team with special projects and process improvements
- 1+ years of Accounts Payable or accounting experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is a plus
