Office Administrator/ Coordinator

Responsibilities- Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner.
- Match clients with the best‑suited tax professional for their needs.
- Schedule clients according to their preferences.
- Ensure all client needs are met during service both in person, over the phone, or virtually.
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations.
- Sales or marketing experience (desired).
- Experience working in a fast‑paced environment.
- Previous customer service experience.
- Ability to multi‑task.
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
- Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office.
$11.00 – $27.00 per hour. Local minimum wage laws apply. Individual pay decisions will depend on job‑related factors such as experience, education, skill, performance, and geographic location. Successful candidates may be eligible for incentive compensation or short‑term incentive plans.
