THE ROLE ARE:
NON-NEGOTIABLE REQUIREMENTS
Proven experience in risk analysis/data analytics or operations, ideally within car rental, automotive, or logistics environments.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data modeling).
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills to provide clear insights and concise reporting.
It will also count in your favour if you have:Power BI (or similar data visualisation tools) experience (building reports/dashboards).
Exposure to fraud detection, credit risk, or operational risk management frameworks and controls.
A tertiary qualification in Risk Management, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.
DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:- Analyzing rental patterns, customer profiles, and operational data to identify and mitigate potential risks.
- Developing and implementing risk mitigation strategies, and monitoring their effectiveness over time.
- Generating reports and dashboards to communicate insights, trends, and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support policy development, compliance initiatives, and operational improvements.
- Continuously refining risk assessment models and enhancing data analysis processes to strengthen organizational resilience.
