A Massachusetts healthcare organization is seeking its next Interim Chief Compliance Officer!

• Lead compliance and privacy functions within a multi-hospital health system.
• Report to the Chief Legal Officer and oversee a team of five direct reports.
• Assist leadership in preparing for upcoming board committee meetings, manage internal audit and compliance staff, address ethics and privacy complaints, and evaluate current operations to propose and implement long‑term structural improvements.
• Must be highly organized and able to adapt quickly to changing needs. Excellent communication skills will be critical.
• Must be available to start within 2–3 weeks of acceptance.

• Bachelor’s degree is required; JD is preferred, but not required.
• Prior system Chief Compliance Officer experience is required.

• Compensation Range: $280,000 to $300,000 annually.
• The final compensation rate will be determined based on experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations, in accordance with Fair Market Value evaluation. Additionally, some candidates may be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, depending on the specific role, including but not limited to health insurance coverage and retirement benefits.
• The listed base compensation range represents a good faith estimate of potential earnings at the time of this job posting and may be subject to future adjustments.
