Springfield, MA, USA.

Shift: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. Pay: $60.00–$62.00 per hour.

• Strong experience with requirements gathering, documentation, and management
• Ability to lead business analysis across multiple parallel initiatives
• Experience conducting business impact analysis
• Development of business process models, procedures, process outlines, and job aids
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong facilitation skills for leading requirements and stakeholder sessions
• Ability to collaborate effectively with business leaders, technology teams, vendors, and suppliers

• Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem‑solving skills

• Experience working within Operations organizations or PMO‑supported initiatives
• Ability to anticipate change and proactively redirect efforts to maintain business outcomes

• Supports large‑scale initiatives within the Operations Project Management Office (OPMO)
• Plays a highly visible role partnering with Operations leadership, technology teams, suppliers, and procurement
• Responsible for coordinating, planning, and developing business analysis and requirements documentation
• Supports readiness initiatives and system implementations, including Salesforce across Operations
• Operates at a senior level, balancing business needs with technology capabilities and constraints
• Drives process improvement, supports business strategy, and ensures delivery of business value

• Formulate and define business and system scope and objectives based on user needs and industry requirements
• Analyze business and user needs and translate them into clear business and system requirements
• Devise or modify procedures to solve complex problems considering system limitations and desired outcomes
• Lead impact analysis and assess implications to business processes
• Develop business process models, job aids, procedures, and readiness documentation
• Perform requirements management planning for medium to large‑scale initiatives
