As Centre Director, you’ll inspire and lead a passionate team, drive continuous improvement, and foster a nurturing environment where 83 children aged 6 weeks to 5 years can grow, explore, and thrive.

• Oversee daily operations, staff management, and overall service performance

• Proven experience as a Centre Director or Service Manager
• Diploma of Children’s Services (or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification)
• Current Blue Card, First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications
• Strong understanding of NQF, NQS, EYLF, and QKLG frameworks
• Excellent communication, leadership, and administrative skills (experience with Xplor preferred)
• Willingness to take the Child Protection Training as required
