KBW Financial Staffing & Recruiting is partnering with a well‑established construction organization in Hampden County to identify an experienced estimator. This role will play a key part in preparing detailed cost estimates, managing RFPs, and supporting seamless project transitions. All projects are performed under various federal government agencies, offering a great opportunity for candidates with strong federal estimating expertise.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates.
- Analyze project plans, drawings, and technical specifications.
- Ensure all project requirements and compliance standards are met.
- Solicit bids from subcontractors and develop strong vendor/subcontractor relationships.
- Manage construction projects from the RFP stage.
- Assist with transitioning awarded projects to Project Managers.
- 5–10 years of experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Sage Timberline.
- Strong understanding of the construction industry.
