Solid Rock Recruiting partners with forward‑thinking commercial construction companies to connect exceptional talent with outstanding opportunities. Our client, a respected commercial drywall contractor in Western Massachusetts, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their growing team.

We're seeking a Commercial Drywall Project Manager to oversee multiple commercial drywall and metal framing projects in the Western Massachusetts area. This role offers comprehensive benefits, including a company truck and gas card, demonstrating our client's commitment to their team members' success.

• Manage multiple commercial drywall projects from pre‑construction through completion
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans
• Coordinate with superintendents, foremen, and subcontractors to ensure project milestones are met
• Review and process submittals, RFIs, and change orders
• Conduct regular project meetings and site visits
• Manage material procurement and delivery schedules
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
• Maintain strong client relationships and communication

• 5+ years of commercial drywall project management experience
• Proficiency in construction management software (On‑Screen Takeoff, Quick Bid, or similar)
• Strong understanding of metal framing, drywall systems, and commercial construction processes
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Strong communication and leadership abilities

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
• Experience with BIM and project management software
• OSHA 30 certification
• History of successful commercial project completions
• Estimating experience
