Junior Designer

The Woodford Group is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Designer to support our design and production teams in delivering high-quality print and digital materials.

This is a full-time, office-based position. Please note that remote or hybrid work is not offered for this role.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring brand consistency and preparing designs for technical readiness in print, thereby contributing to impactful visual communication within the automotive rental industry.

• Education: Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within a design or advertising agency (internship experience will be considered).
• Software proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• A strong understanding of typography, colour theory, layout, and print production.
• Willingness to work overtime when required, depending on project demands.

• Familiarity with other DTP software

Assisting in adapting artworks across multiple formats, including brochures, banners, ads, and packaging.

Making adjustments to existing design materials, including digital assets, print collateral, and presentations.

Collaborating with the creative team to ensure design consistency and alignment with brand guidelines.

Supporting the team in preparing design files for production and distribution.

Participating in brainstorming sessions and contributing fresh, creative ideas to enhance output.

Ensuring timely delivery of design updates and revisions based on feedback.

Staying updated on design trends and software to continually improve skills and creative quality.
