OverviewThe Seasonal Customer Service Representative provides superior, friendly, and efficient transactions and offers company‑approved services and products to create a positive experience for all customers. The role also facilitates the rental process through verification and documentation of all necessary driver information for an efficient and timely rental and return experience. Seasonal employment runs from mid May 2026 to October 31 2026, limited to a maximum of 150 days.
The position pays $19.00 per hour and is located in the greater Springfield, MA area. Multiple schedules are available, including weekends and holidays, for a full‑time (40 hours/week) commitment. Schedules will be discussed during the interview process.
- Meet and greet customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner
- Provide superior, efficient customer service by understanding and communicating rental terms and conditions, vehicle features, and other services, including optional protection products, upgrades, fuel options, and additional equipment
- Offer additional assistance by providing directions, maps, local area information, and suitable service information
- Answer incoming calls for reservations, rate quotes, general questions, and provide resolutions for customers, other branches, and vendors
- Place outgoing calls for callback management and miscellaneous tasks as assigned
- Assist in assessing the condition of the rental upon return
- Notify Management of any known customer problems
- Notify Management of any known vehicle problems and required maintenance
- Continuously build knowledge and skills, pursue on‑the‑job training and development opportunities, and any company‑sponsored classroom training

Qualifications- Must be at least 18 years old
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Valid U.S. driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations or at‑fault accidents within the past 3 years
- No drug or alcohol related conviction (DWI/DUI) in the past 5 years
- At least 6 months of prior customer service experience
- Basic proficiency with PC and Microsoft Office products
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
