We’re seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Physician (MD/DO) with experience in urgent care, family medicine, or emergency medicine to join our collaborative and fast-paced clinical team.

Role Responsibilities:

Diagnose and manage a wide range of acute and non-emergent conditions across all age groups

Perform minor procedures such as suturing, splinting, incision and drainage

Order and interpret diagnostic imaging (X-rays, EKGs) and labs

Conduct physicals including DOT, sports, and pre-employment physicals

Document clinical care accurately and efficiently in our EMR

Collaborate with Advanced Practice Providers and clinical staff

Provide patient education and ensure a high standard of care

Ideal Candidate:

MD or DO with active Massachusetts medical license (or ability to obtain)

Board Certified/Eligible in Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or Med-Peds

Proficient in basic urgent care procedures and comfortable seeing patients of all ages

Compassionate communicator with a commitment to quality care and community health
